The keypad on the garage door previously had a code of 1992 (may have been changed by a tenant).
The garage door was updated with new springs, wheels, etc in June 2013 by Precision Garage Door (877-301-7474). (See sticker on garage door). These are covered under warranty for a certain period of time. Contact Hover Girls with any problems.
